Raising a Concern / Making a Complaint 

Should you have any cause for concern regarding the education of your child, you should immediately speak to your child's teacher.  In the unlikely event that the teacher is unable to deal with the complaint to your satisfaction  then the concern should be brought to the attention of the Headteacher.
