Ofsted Judge Crown Wood as 'Good'

We are pleased to announce the outcome of our recent inspection (3-4 November 2021).  The school was judged 'good' in all areas.  You can read the report here.

The report reflects where we think the school is, identifies our strengths and endorses the steps we are taking to further improve the school (see our School Development Plan). 

It is particularly pleasing Crown Wood will start its 40^th year (we opened in September 1982) as a ‘good’ school – the first time it’s ever been judged ‘good’ since inspections began in the mid-1990s. 

The report has been sent to all parents and will be published on the Ofsted website next week.
