Everyone who works at Crown Wood School is responsible for the safeguarding of the children. We are obliged to act on any concerns.
Reporting Safeguarding concerns to school
Safeguarding is something the school takes very seriously.
The school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) (the person who deals with any referrals or concerns about Safeguarding of children in school) is Mr Grant Strudley, Headteacher.
The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSL) are Mrs Caroline Winchcombe, Mrs Susan Thomas (Deputy Headteachers), Miss Sophie Leadbeatter, Mrs Claire Soane (Senior Leaders) and Mrs Sandra Ruck (Pastoral Support Advisor).
Mrs Sian Karamolegkos is the lead governor for safeguarding.
Mr Will Smith is the Trust's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
